Gulliver’s will provide comprehensive management information tailored to customer’s exact requirements.

Together, we will ensure that the service provided by Gulliver’s evolves with your own business model throughout the contract term.

With specific Key Performance Indicators provided by Gulliver’s on a monthly basis, performance measurements and trends can be identified and addressed in a timely manner

Strategic input is provided by both parties.

Regular review and KPI performance analysis meetings will be held at a mutually convenient time. Gulliver’s will provide a dedicated Account Manager and team who will manage and control all aspects of the account.

We believe that the key to successful Account Management is to have an open communication process whereby issues can be aired and understood at the earliest opportunity.

A ‘Service Level Agreement’ will be established for each location.

Effective key account management will ensure service levels, compliance requirements, costs and efficiencies are managed effectively, whilst providing a proactive approach to identifying best practice, operational issues, and immediate priorities.
