Costs are important to us all, so we will work closely with you to control and minimise non-contract costs, and help identify areas of concern. Our ‘open book’ policy allows the true costs of non-contract repairs to be known and allows for full transparency and best value for our customers.
We will notify you of any damage/deficiency within 24 hours and provide you with a reference number. Where a charge is likely to result we will provide two estimates of repair costs within three working days (or as per service level agreement). You will of course be given the opportunity to inspect any vehicle prior to repair work being carried out. Tyre recharges will be in line with industry guidelines. Separate monthly invoicing will be provided for any recharge work.
